About Diebolt Landscape Company, Inc.

Diebolt Landscape Co., Inc. has over 125 years of cumulative experience in the landscape industry, including Graduate Landscape Designers and Botanists. We believe strongly in continuing education to be the leader in introducing new methods and materials.

Pete Diebolt began working in the landscape/nursery industry at age 13. After graduating from S.U.N.Y. at Cobleskill with a degree in Nursery Mgt. and Landscape Development, Pete worked as a designer/salesman for a local design/build landscape company. In 1980, he started Diebolt Landscape Co., Inc. offering softscape and hardscape services. In 1983, he moved Diebolt to its current location in Brecknock Township and added a residential and commercial irrigation division. Pete also refocused the hardscape division on concrete products, i.e. interlocking pavers and retaining walls. In 1997, Pete added golf course irrigation construction to the irrigation division and has been awarded multiple contracts.

Pete has won national recognition for the design and construction of two local hardscape projects, one residential and one commercial.
Steve started with Diebolt Landscape Co., Inc., Inc. in the late winter of 2006 as an Irrigation Service technician. Steve is now responsible for all irrigation service and overseeing the installations of all irrigation systems installed by Diebolt Landscape Co., Inc., Inc.

Steve has a Bachelors degree in Agronomy and has worked in the nursery industry during his college years. With his degree, Steve started in the golf course industry and over the past 15 years has been involved in every aspect of golf course construction from land clearing to irrigation installation and growing turf on golf courses in Pennsylvania, Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Texas and Georgia. Steve’s background is very beneficial in understanding the plant/water relationships necessary to economically design and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems.
